Volleyball Falls to 17th
Glendora, CA (Volleyball) -- The Citrus College Volleyball team fell to #17 in the State, after peaking at #15 last week. The Owls fell two spots after being handed their third straight road loss last Wednesday at Santa Barbara.
After losing on Wednesday, Citrus did rally with a convincing three set sweep at Glendale College on Friday evening. The Owls are currently 8-6 overall and 2-2 in Western State Conference play. Most importantly, the Owls staying in this week's poll, marks the third straight poll that Citrus is in. It's the first time since 2006 that Citrus has been in the polls this long.
The Owls will be back at home starting Wednesday for a four game home stand. The stand starts against Santa Monica with the match set for a 7:00 PM start time.
