Cunningham Sets Three School Records at 3C2A Swim Championships

Citrus College swimmer Kori Cunningham capped off a stellar 2025 season with a record-breaking performance at the 76th Annual 3C2A Swim and Dive Championships, held May 1–3 at Santa Rosa Junior College. Accompanied by Citrus Head Coach Jordan Ellis, Cunningham competed in the Women's 50-yard Freestyle, 100-yard Freestyle, and 200-yard Freestyle events.

Cunningham made the most of her appearance on the state's biggest stage, setting new Citrus College records in all three events.

She kicked off her meet in the Women's 50-yard Freestyle prelims, where she posted a personal-best time of 25.76 seconds—a new school record.

In the 100-yard Freestyle final, she continued her impressive run with another personal best, finishing in 54.47 seconds. The time earned her 10th place overall and yet another program record.

Cunningham saved her best for last in the 200-yard Freestyle final, where she placed 5th overall and secured a medal with a time of 1:59.08—marking her third personal best and school record of the weekend.

Looking ahead, Cunningham will transfer to Azusa Pacific University in the fall and is set to compete for the APU Women's Water Polo team in Spring 2026.
